I work up dying of laughter hahaha :)

Last PDay we did a zone activity and I ran around a lot and played soccer. It felt sooooo nice! I haven't been able to run in MONTHS and I loved it :)

We are trying to do more service- we cleaned out the bishops wife's pantry. The best part was when we were done and she was making dinner, she temporarily forgot that the pantry was cleaned. So when she opened it again, it was the best reaction ever :D I love it.

We also have been giving baked goods and notes to people in the ward (we used Beccas carrot cake recipe! It was so good :)) and we made no-bake cookies... One batch for us, one batch for them! One batch for us, one batch for them! Haha :)

Our investigator, Beatriz, is awesome. She's the one with the crazy health episodes. But she's great and excited to learn and so funny!

Wednesday night, it was starting to rain and storm. Thursday morning, Hna K and I woke up to one of the biggest thunder/lightening I've heard my whole life. Immediately followed by ALL of the annoying car alarms from the cars in our neighborhood. I work up dying of laughter hahaha :)

Thursday, we had a zone meeting and interviews with president Woodbury. I am so grateful for him- he is so awesome and spirit driven and such a wonderful example to me!! I'm grateful for him and his leadership.

We met with a less active in the ward who is literally one of the funniest little old Mexican ladies I've met my whole mission.

She was feeling really crappy and sick that day and was just really down in the dumps. She couldn't stop talking about it. Then the spirit told me to ask about her flowers. Luisa did a 180 right before our very eyes! She LOVES her flowers like children and went on for a while, then brought some to the table to show us, and she just lit up and everything!
THEN, she was like, oh let me show you pictures-- she got stacks and stacks of pictures out of her family and her flower garden here in full bloom (it looks like a tropical garden jungle). So wonderful! And it was fun to see her light up, and Hna k just was so excited to talk to her about it in ridiculously broken Spanish-- hermana k definitely has a talent of being excited to hear about others, and not letting her Spanish stop her :)

And FYI, I've been studying preach my gospel chapter 10- my favorite sections are Asking Questions and Listen. Yes. :)
